Do you ship worldwide?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping can take between 7-21 business days depending on customs processing and your local postal service.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return window for most products, provided they are in original, unopened condition. Due to hygiene reasons, in-ear monitors (IEMs) that have been opened may be subject to a restocking fee.
Are the products covered by warranty?
All electronics purchased through The Hangout come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
