Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original retail packaging, including all cables, ear tips, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Item Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked service to send the package to our designated inspection center.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
